HOW DOES IT WORK?
This members-only book club sends the monthly pick straight to your phone- so you can listen wherever you get podcasts. Move at your own pace, whether you’re doing dishes, handling school drop-offs and pick-ups, or squeezing in a workout after the kids go to bed.
Each episode covers a few chapters with my takeaways and practical insights. Episodes run about 15–30 minutes, so they fit easily into your day!
